1. Eligibility for Returns: Items are returnable within 30 days of placing the order. However, items marked as "Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
2. Condition of Returns: We only accept undamaged returns with tags intact, free of hair (including pet hair), and showing no signs of wash or wear, including but not limited to alterations, stains, odors, deodorant marks, or detergent scents. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be mailed back to you.
3. Return Shipping: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $5 USD will be deducted from your refund total. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Processing Time: Once your return is received, please allow 4-9 business days for processing. After processing, you will receive your refund within 7 business days.

Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please email support@bomerio.com to request return and provide the order number, along with the items description and quantities you wish to return. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label to return your items. Please ensure to use the original mailer or a similar secure packaging to ship the items back to us. Note that any items shipped to us without contacting support@bomerio.com first will not be processed.
6. Return Shipping Label Requirement: If you decide to return without a prepaid shipping label provided by us, we will not be responsible for your return shipping charges.
7. Exchanges: We do not offer item exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend you to return the unwanted items and place a new order for the desired items. Returned items will be processed as long as they meet our return policy terms.
8. Restocking Fee: Behavior showing abuse of our return policy will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the item's value.
